Dr. Mark N Rubin is an actively practicing vascular neurologist and world-renowned expert in practice, research and education in transcranial Doppler and carotid duplex ultrasound. He achieved ultrasound certifications including Registered Physician in Neurovascular Interpretation (RPNI) and Neurovascular Specialist (NVS). He is an active contributor to neurosonology science and education nationally and internationally, and ran one of the few major clinical trials utilizing transcranial Doppler (published here).
